Before Revalytics, our team ran EAX Media, a digital marketing agency for residential trade businesses. Plumbers. HVAC shops. Electricians. We placed their ads. Ran their campaigns. Watched their numbers.

We saw something we couldn't explain. The ad platforms reported success. The reports looked clean. But every quarter, the same operators kept asking us the same question:

"Where is the money?"

Leads were coming in. Marketing dollars were going out. Nobody could tie one to the other. So we started doing it by hand.

Three years. 250,000+ operational signals across the trades, analyzed manually. The pattern was clear by 2024. The work was repeatable by 2025. The only thing left was to automate it.
