Run on real time truth.
Certification is a commitment to operate on real data instead of gut feel. Read the scorecard. Trust the alerts. Make the call. The cert formalizes the discipline. The discipline drives the result.
Revalytics · Certification path
Revalytics sets one standard for real time revenue control. The four certifications enforce it. Free for customers, free for approved partners. Setting a new standard for coaches, marketing agencies, and fractional CFOs in the trades.
The path
Foundation · Operations · Marketing · ArchitectMost platforms ship and hope. Revalytics ships and trains. Every subscriber gets a certified champion before the platform earns its keep. The cert path is how that standard scales beyond the first shop.
Certification is a commitment to operate on real data instead of gut feel. Read the scorecard. Trust the alerts. Make the call. The cert formalizes the discipline. The discipline drives the result.
Every credential requires passing an exam. Every renewal requires a fresh assessment. The Architect designation requires both a written exam and an applied assessment. The standard moves with the product. So does the cert.
Operators, marketers, agencies, coaches. When everyone in the network reads from the same scoreboard with the same vocabulary, signal compounds. The cert makes the vocabulary verifiable.
Four credentials. Each builds on the prior. Most operators top out at Level 2 or 3. The Architect designation is reserved for coaches and advisors who run the system across multiple shops.
Read the data. Drive the decisions.
The foundation. Every Revalytics subscriber designates one champion who completes Analyst as part of onboarding. Daily scorecard literacy, marketing-spend-vs-revenue analysis, funnel drop off tracking.
Catch the leak before it closes.
The frontline credential. Every subscriber also has a certified recovery operator. Both timing models (5-min Revenue at Risk, 12h-24h-36h Recoverable Revenue), urgency tier reading, recovery probability scoring.
Stop guessing which channels work.
The marketing credential. Required for subscribers running marketing in house. Held by an in house marketer or external agency partner. Anchored to Marketing Burn Monitoring. True Cost per booked job, not CPL theater.
Most use the system. Architects build it.
The elite designation. Reserved for coaches and advisors who design and run the full system across multiple shops. Two phase assessment (written + applied). Invite-only by application. 8 active subscribers required.
Pick the role that fits. The path follows.
Your path: Analyst (L1) as your designated champion. Recovery Specialist (L2) for whoever runs frontline operations. Performance Specialist (L3) if you have an in house marketer. Architect is optional and usually not the right fit unless you want to advise other shops.
Your path: Analyst (L1) first as the foundation. Then Recovery Specialist (L2) for the operational depth. The two together signal you can read the dashboard and act on it. Most frontline operators stop here.
Your path: Analyst (L1) first. Recovery Specialist (L2) next (yes, even for marketers, because spend decisions depend on what's recoverable downstream). Performance Specialist (L3) as the marketing credential. Three certs to be the credible voice on the budget call.
Your path: All four. Analyst, then Recovery Specialist, then Performance Specialist, then apply for Architect. The full path is the credential. 8 active Revalytics subscribers under your engagement required at the top.
Subscribers: Levels 1 and 2. Marketers: Levels 1, 2, and 3. Coaches and advisors: all four. Each level builds on the one before it — you can't skip ahead.
One designated champion per company. Reads the dashboard, runs the daily scorecard.
One designated recovery operator. Runs callback queues and estimate follow ups.
Required for subscribers with an in house marketing lead. Optional if marketing is run exclusively through an external agency. The agency typically holds the credential on the customer's behalf in that case.
If you run marketing through an agency: skip this. They handle it.
Customers running their own shop don't pursue Architect. The designation is for coaches, senior advisors, and consultants who design and run the Revalytics system across multiple operations. GMs can pursue it, but only after holding all three prior certifications. Application + two-phase assessment. 8 active Revalytics subscribers required.
For most customers, the certification footprint is two people (Analyst + Recovery Specialist) or three (plus Performance if in house marketing). Free for operators, included with the platform. Annual recertification keeps credentials current as Revalytics evolves.
"Revalytics helped us recover $121,000 in 90 days. Being able to see leads and estimates slipping through the cracks in real time, and pull them back before the window closed, changed how we run the business."
Yes. Or you need to be approved through our partner program. Levels 1 through 3 are open to customers and to coaches, marketing agencies, and fractional CFOs in our partner network. Every subscriber commits to certification at signup, with a grace period to complete it. Architect, the top-tier designation.
Every Revalytics subscriber designates an Analyst champion and a Recovery Specialist operator during onboarding. The Analyst reads the data. The Recovery Specialist catches the leaks. Same person can hold both, or two people split it. If you run marketing in-house, your marketer also earns the Performance Specialist credential. All three are included with the platform. The onboarding team identifies who fits each role at your shop.
Self-paced through Level 3. Analyst typically runs 6 to 10 hours. Recovery Specialist, 8 to 12. Performance Specialist, 10 to 14. Architect takes 4 to 6 months from application to issuance because of the two-phase assessment. No cohort. No deadline. Take what's relevant when you're ready.
Because the standard moves with the product. As Revalytics ships new functionality and the timing models evolve, certified holders complete a short update assessment to maintain active status. For customers, the annual update is included. The credential stays current as long as the relationship does.
The credential travels with the person, not the company. If your champion leaves, you designate a new one and they complete the curriculum during the transition. Customer success supports the handoff so the standard doesn't break in the gap.
Each certification has a passing grade. You get three attempts. If you don't pass on the third, your account is reviewed. The conversation usually ends with additional onboarding support, a different team member earning the cert, or extending the timeline. The certification exists to hold every account to the standard.
Three ways. Add the digital badge to LinkedIn. Link the verification page from your bio or email signature. Print or share the PDF certificate. The verification link is public. Anyone can confirm the credential is current and valid.
Whatever role you hold, the path begins at Level 1. Read the data. Drive the decisions. The foundation that every other credential builds on. Self paced, online exam, verified credential.
