The path
The elite tier.
Prerequisites: all three prior credentials active and in good standing · plus 8 active Revalytics subscribers
Levels 1 through 3 make your team sharper on the data. The Architect takes it further — building and running the full revenue intelligence system across multiple businesses. Fixing what's broken, aligning what's misaligned, and holding the whole thing together.
The Architect designation includes a written examination followed by a real-world assessment in which candidates must build and deploy a Revalytics implementation for an actual business.
Professionals who earn this credential demonstrate the ability to guide strategy and make data-driven decisions in real time across marketing, operations, and revenue functions. They are trained to create accountability, align business objectives, and manage performance across multiple trades businesses simultaneously.
If you're investing in a coach, consultant, or advisor, there should be a measurable standard for expertise and growth. The Architect designation is that standard.
The Architect designation is built for the people responsible for revenue intelligence across multiple trades operations not a single shop. Coaches, advisors, and consultants who design the operating system clients run inside.

02
Primary
Strategic consultants who advise multiple trades businesses on revenue performance, team structure, and operating discipline. The system architects of the trades.
03
Eligible
Private equity firms and their operating partners overseeing trades businesses in a portfolio. The Architect designation gives them a common standard for revenue intelligence across every shop they own.
Each domain maps to a direct business outcome. An Architect is certified across all three — not one at a time, but together as a system.
01
Platform
When marketing, operations, and revenue data all live in one system, the business stops guessing. An Architect reads across all three products simultaneously and makes decisions that account for the full picture.
02
KPI Architecture
Most businesses track the wrong numbers or track the right numbers and do nothing about them. An Architect builds the KPI framework that connects data to accountability at every level — CSR, dispatcher, marketer, manager — and sets review cadences that keep it running without constant intervention.
03
Adoption
A system nobody uses is worse than no system. An Architect diagnoses why teams resist, changes the behavior, and sustains adoption after the initial rollout energy fades. The measure isn't installation — it's whether the team operates differently six months later.
All three domains assessed in both the written exam and the applied assessment. Mastery in one without the others is not enough. The Architect designation is granted only when all three are demonstrated together.
The Architect credential cannot be earned by written exam alone. Both phases must be passed. Candidates who do not pass the written exam are not eligible to advance to the applied assessment.
A rigorous written assessment covering all three domains. Tests your ability to reason across the full Revalytics platform, not just recall definitions.
A real-world business scenario where you design and present a full Revalytics implementation plan. KPIs, team roles, adoption roadmap reviewed and scored by Revalytics assessors.
The path is designed to ensure every Architect designation has been earned through demonstrated mastery not seat time, not test prep. Real implementation work, scored by humans.
Active Analyst, Recovery Specialist, and Performance Specialist credentials all three current and in good standing at time of application. Plus 8 active Revalytics customers under your coaching or advisory engagement.
Architect is invite-only by application. Submit with proof of prerequisites, your current client roster, and a brief portfolio of your operating-system work. Application review takes 2–3 weeks.
A self-paced advanced curriculum covering cross-platform reasoning, KPI architecture, and adoption coaching prepares you. The written exam follows. Candidates who do not pass are not eligible to proceed to Phase 2. Preparation curriculum provided after acceptance.
Complete and submit a full Revalytics system design for an assigned business scenario. Reviewed and scored by Revalytics assessors. Pass both phases and the Architect designation is issued.
Annual recertification
Architect designations are renewed annually. As the Revalytics platform evolves, certified Architects complete an update assessment to maintain active status. The 8-active-customer requirement applies at recertification too: the credential is for active practitioners, not retired ones.
Aspirational benefit
