2 Recovery Specialist

Prerequisite: Active Revalytics Analyst credential. Required for enrollment.

Recovery Specialist is the credential for the frontline operators who execute revenue recovery in real time. Required for every Revalytics subscriber alongside the Analyst champion. Some shops have one person hold both credentials. Larger shops separate the roles.

Every Recovery Specialist credential is renewed annually. As Revalytics ships new functionality, certified Recovery Specialists complete a short update module to maintain active credential status.

For customer recovery operators, the annual update is included with the platform at no extra cost. The credential stays current as long as the relationship does.
