Revalytics integrations
Keep the systems that run your business. See what happens between them.
- Marketingknows what you spent.
- Call systemsknow who contacted you.
- Field serviceknows what was booked and billed.
Each system holds part of the revenue story.
Revalytics connects those signals so you can see where an opportunity stopped moving, what requires action, and what happened next.
- No replacement platform.
- No duplicate operating system.
Your existing technology, with a Revenue Intelligence layer across it.

Three sources. One revenue view.
Each connection answers a different question.
Marketing platforms
Where did the opportunity come from?
Campaign, channel, spend, click, call, form, and lead source.
Call and lead systems
What happened when the customer reached out?
Answer status, response, conversation, disposition, and next step.
Field service platforms
Did the opportunity become revenue?
Appointment, estimate, job, technician, invoice, and collected revenue.
Connected through Revalytics
Where did the opportunity stop, and what requires attention now?
One connection shows an event.Connected systems show the outcome.
The operational source of truth
Connect the system already recording your customers, appointments, estimates, and jobs.

- New customer opportunities
- Booked appointments
- Cancellations
- Job status
- Estimates presented
- Unsold estimates

Revalytics does not replace dispatching, scheduling, estimating, or invoicing. Your field service system continues running the business. Revalytics monitors the events it produces and identifies where revenue requires attention.
From ad spend to revenue
A lead is not the final result.
Marketing platforms are designed to report activity
- Impressions
- Clicks
- Calls
- Forms
- Leads
- Cost per lead
Revalytics connects that activity to what happened afterward
- Was the lead worked?
- Was the appointment booked?
- Was the job completed?
- Was revenue collected?

- Opportunities generated
- Leads worked
- Jobs booked
- Revenue connected to marketing
- Cost per booked job
- Marketing investment creating unsupported demand
- Market Burn
Marketing creates the opportunity.Revenue proves what it produced.
The revenue journey often starts with a ring
See what happened after the customer raised their hand.
- A homeowner calls.
- A lead enters.
- A form is submitted.
- A customer requests service.
The source may record the contact.
But the business still needs to know
- Was the customer answered?
- Was the lead worked?
- Was a next step recorded?
- Was the appointment booked?
- Did the opportunity move forward?
- Who owns it now?
Call and lead configurations vary by provider, account, and available connection method. Compatibility should be confirmed during the integration review.
Connected data changes what you can see
The signal depends on which systems are connected.
| Connected sources | What Revalytics can connect | What becomes visible |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing + field service | Campaign spend to booked and collected revenue | Attribution gaps and Market Burn |
| Call system + field service | Customer contact to booking or disposition | Response gaps and unbooked opportunities |
| Estimates + job records | Presented opportunity to job, invoice, and collection | Aging estimates and Revenue Opportunity |
A single source can show that an event happened. Connected sources show whether the opportunity moved forward.
Connection is only the beginning
Connected data becomes operational visibility.
Once the required sources are connected and validated, Revalytics can use the combined events to produce:
Revenue signals
Show where an opportunity may have stopped moving.
Live scoreboard
Show Revenue at Risk, Revenue Opportunity, Revenue Recovered, and Revenue Lost.
Alerts
Notify the appropriate person when configured conditions require attention.
Action queue
Organize opportunities by value, urgency, ownership, and next action.
Outcome record
Track whether the opportunity moved forward, was recovered, or was lost.
The integration moves the data.Revalytics turns it into action.

From authorization to live visibility
Your team keeps working in the systems it already knows.
- 01
Review your technology
We identify your field-service platform, marketing channels, call sources, and any other data needed to understand the revenue journey.
- 02
Authorize the connections
Your team approves access using the connection method supported by each platform.
- 03
Validate the data
Revalytics confirms that the required calls, leads, appointments, estimates, jobs, and revenue events are flowing correctly.
- 04
Configure the operating rules
Together we establish opportunity calculations, response standards, Recovery Windows, ownership rules, alert conditions, and outcome definitions.
- 05
Activate Revalytics
Signals, alerts, the action queue, and the live scoreboard become operational.
Complete customer journey visibility is typically available within 14 days. Timing depends on the connected systems, data quality, account structure, and configuration required.
Keep the workflow. Add the visibility.
Revalytics should not create another place for everyone to search.
Owners and managers
See what is at risk, what can still be recovered, who owns the next action, and what happened afterward.
CSRs and dispatchers
See the calls, leads, cancellations, and customer actions requiring attention.
Technicians and comfort advisors
See the estimates, opportunities, and handoffs connected to their revenue outcomes.
Marketing teams
See what happened after the click, call, or form became an operational opportunity.
Recovery teams
See prioritized opportunities, remaining Recovery Windows, and current action status.
The scoreboard gives leaders visibility. The action queue gives each person the work they own.
Know what is connected
Revenue visibility should not require unclear data access.
Before activation, the integration process documents:
- Which systems will be connected
- Which data Revalytics needs
- How each connection is authorized
- Whether information is read, written, or routed
- Who can access each Revalytics view
- How a connection can be removed
- What happens when a source stops syncing
Connection methods and permissions vary by platform. Revalytics uses only the access required for the approved integration and product configuration.

Questions about integrations
Before you book.
Will Revalytics replace our field service platform?
No. Your field service platform continues managing dispatch, scheduling, estimates, jobs, invoices, and other operational records. Revalytics uses those events to identify where revenue requires attention.
Which field service platforms are currently supported?
ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Jobber, and Service Fusion. Support should be confirmed during the integration review, because platform capabilities and access can change.
Which marketing platforms are supported?
Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube Ads. Specific account structures and data availability should be reviewed during onboarding.
Do we need to replace our call tracking provider?
Not necessarily. Compatibility depends on the call platform, available connection method, and information required for your Revalytics configuration.
Is the integration read only?
The answer depends on the platform and approved capability. Monitoring connections may read events and performance data. Alerting, recovery, or routing capabilities may require additional approved actions. The exact permissions should be documented before activation.
Will employees need to enter the same information twice?
Revalytics is designed to use events already recorded by connected systems. Any additional workflow required for ownership, action status, or outcome tracking should be defined during configuration, not assumed.
What happens if an integration stops syncing?
A connection failure should be surfaced so the team knows visibility may be incomplete. The system should not silently present stale data as current.
Can Revalytics support more than one location or trade?
Revalytics can organize connected information around the company's approved locations, trades, teams, and reporting structure, subject to the capabilities of the source systems and configuration.
How long does integration take?
Complete customer journey visibility is typically available within 14 days. Timing depends on the platforms, connection methods, data quality, number of locations, and configuration required.
What if our platform is not listed?
Submit an integration request. Revalytics will determine whether it is supported now, possible with configuration, under evaluation, or not currently supported.
Keep your systems
See the revenue story they cannot show alone.
We'll review your current technology and show you what can connect, what revenue events can be monitored, where visibility currently stops, what Revalytics could make actionable, and what implementation would require.
