No prerequisites for Analyst. Required for Levels 2-3.

Who it's for

One champion
per company.

The Analyst credential is the foundation layer for anyone who needs to read Revalytics data and translate it into daily decisions. Customer champions earn it during onboarding. External advisors can earn it directly.

02

Consultants

Advisors &
consultants.

Trades-business advisors who need a shared operating language for revenue intelligence, scorecards, and decision reviews.

03

Agency

Agency
marketers.

Marketing partners who want to read Revalytics data and connect spend, booked jobs, and revenue outcomes with less translation.

04

Individual

Operators &
analysts.

Owners, GMs, ops leads, and analysts building the basic data discipline needed for revenue control.

Curriculum

Three skill areas.
No filler.

Analyst is the foundation credential. It teaches the minimum operating language every Revalytics champion needs: scorecards, spend, and funnel drop off.

01

Scorecard

Daily scorecard
literacy.

Read the Revalytics daily scorecard, understand metric definitions, and know which changes require attention.

  • Scorecard metric definitions
  • Revenue risk signals
  • Daily review workflow

02

Marketing ROI

Spend vs.
revenue.

Connect ad spend, booked work, and revenue outcomes. Learn when spend is producing income and when it is only producing activity.

  • Cost per job analysis
  • Spend attribution
  • Budget efficiency flags

03

Funnel

Drop off &
lead tracking.

Identify where leads and estimates stall. Read missed call, conversion, and follow up signals without turning the review into a spreadsheet archaeology dig.

  • Missed call tracking
  • Estimate conversion rates
  • Drop off quantification
