5. AI ARCHITECTURE AND FOUNDATION MODELS
MARION, the AI engine at the core of Revalytics, is built using Meta's Llama foundation model, fine-tuned by Revalytics on a proprietary corpus of field service calls and the booked-job outcomes attached to them.
MARION is hosted entirely within Revalytics's controlled cloud infrastructure. Customer data is not transmitted to Meta or other foundation model providers in the course of normal Service operations.
Revalytics's proprietary fine-tuning methodologies, training corpus, operational analytics systems, orchestration layers, workflows, prompts, and surrounding infrastructure represent Revalytics's proprietary AI capabilities. Built with Llama.
6. AI MODEL TRAINING
Revalytics may use customer-provided data, communications, recordings, transcripts, analytics inputs, operational information, and related platform data to: develop; train; improve; maintain; support; and enhance its internally developed artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, forecasting, and operational intelligence systems.
Revalytics applies administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of customer information during model development and platform improvement activities, including: aggregation; de-identification; anonymization; minimization; and related privacy or security safeguards.
Revalytics does not sell customer data and does not share customer data with unrelated third-party commercial AI providers for independent model training purposes.
7. END-CALLER PRIVACY RIGHTS
Individuals whose voice, communication data, or related information is processed by Revalytics as part of customer-recorded calls may have rights under applicable privacy law, including the right to request:
- access to information about whether their data has been processed;
- deletion of voice recordings and transcripts;
- correction of inaccurate information, where applicable;
- and exclusion of their data from AI model training, where required by applicable law.
Such individuals may submit requests by emailing: privacy@revalytics.ai
Requests should include sufficient information to help identify the relevant call or communication, such as: approximate date of the call; phone number used; name of the trade or service business contacted; and any other information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record. Revalytics may work in coordination with the applicable customer to verify and process verified requests within applicable legal timeframes.
8. DATA GOVERNANCE & SECURITY
Revalytics implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer data, platform integrity, and artificial intelligence systems. Security measures may include:
- access controls;
- authentication measures;
- encryption technologies;

- infrastructure segmentation;
- backup procedures;
- and internal security procedures.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Additional information regarding security practices may be available through Revalytics's Security & Trust Center.
9. FAIRNESS & RESPONSIBLE USE
Revalytics seeks to promote responsible, fair, and transparent use of artificial intelligence technologies. While we continuously work to improve the quality and reliability of our systems, artificial intelligence technologies may:
- produce unintended bias;
- generate inaccurate outputs;
- reflect incomplete information;
- or perform inconsistently across different contexts and datasets.
Customers should independently evaluate outputs and implement appropriate human oversight procedures consistent with their operational, legal, and compliance obligations.
10. AI TRANSPARENCY
Revalytics seeks to develop and market artificial intelligence capabilities in a transparent and responsible manner consistent with applicable consumer protection, advertising, and artificial intelligence governance laws. Revalytics seeks to avoid materially misleading claims regarding: AI capabilities; automation outcomes; predictive reliability; forecasting accuracy; or operational performance.
Customers remain responsible for independently evaluating platform outputs and determining whether outputs are appropriate for their intended use cases.

The Services may utilize or integrate with third-party technologies, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, analytics systems, communication systems, APIs, or software components. Revalytics is not responsible for third-party systems or services outside our reasonable control. Use of third-party technologies may also be governed by separate third-party terms or policies.
For additional information regarding third-party providers, please review our Subprocessor List.
13. POLICY CHANGES
Revalytics may update this AI Policy periodically to reflect: changes in technology; legal requirements; regulatory guidance; operational practices; security considerations; or platform capabilities. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
In the event of material changes to MARION's underlying foundation model, training data sources, or fundamental capabilities that may affect customer use of the Services, Revalytics will provide reasonable advance notice to customers where commercially feasible and consistent with operational requirements.
