This Privacy Policy describes how Revalytics Corporation, doing business as Revalytics.AI ("Revalytics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, secures, stores, retains, and discloses personal information in connection with our:

Revalytics provides AI powered:

- forecasting;
- marketing analytics;
- reporting;
- workflow optimization;
- workforce analytics;
- and business intelligence services
for trade and service-based businesses. Revalytics is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and this Privacy Policy generally applies to information processed within the United States.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information voluntarily submitted through:
- website forms;
- demo requests;
- onboarding activities;
- communications with our personnel;
- customer support interactions;
- sales activities;
- implementation processes;
- free trial registrations;
- and other interactions with the Services.
This information may include: names; business contact information; email addresses; phone numbers; account credentials; billing information; company information; and other information voluntarily provided.
Information Collected Automatically
We may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including: IP address; browser type; device identifiers; operating system information; access timestamps; referral URLs; interaction activity; session information; and website usage analytics.
Information Processed Through the Services
Depending on customer configuration and use of the Services, Revalytics may process:
- communications and call recordings;
- transcripts;
- marketing and advertising analytics;
- revenue and sales analytics;
- workforce and operational performance data;
- Customer Data;
- analytics inputs;
- AI-generated summaries, analytics, forecasts, and insights;
- and related operational intelligence information.
Under applicable California law, audio recordings and related transcripts processed through the Services may constitute "Sensory Information."
The categories of information processed may vary based on: customer integrations; workflows; operational configuration; business requirements; and authorized platform usage.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Revalytics may use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- generate analytics, forecasting, reporting, and operational intelligence;
- support onboarding, free trial administration, and account management;
- analyze platform usage and operational performance;
- support security, fraud prevention, and monitoring;
- troubleshoot technical issues;
- improve reliability, functionality, and platform performance;
- develop, train, maintain, support, and improve internally developed artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning, forecasting, and operational intelligence systems;
- communicate with users and customers;
- comply with legal obligations;
- enforce agreements;
- and support legitimate operational and business purposes.
As a service provider or processor, Revalytics may also process Customer Data pursuant to customer instructions and applicable agreements. Trial users receive substantially the same privacy protections described in this Privacy Policy as paid customers.
AI PROCESSING & AUTOMATED ANALYSIS
Revalytics utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning, forecasting, analytics, and operational intelligence technologies to:
- analyze communications and operational information;
- generate summaries, insights, recommendations, and forecasts;
- identify operational trends and performance patterns;
- improve platform functionality;
- and support analytics and reporting capabilities.
AI-generated outputs: may contain inaccuracies; may be incomplete; may reflect statistical limitations; and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important legal, financial, operational, employment, compliance, or business decisions. Human review and oversight remain the responsibility of the customer. Revalytics does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
AI MODEL TRAINING
Revalytics may use Customer Data, communications, recordings, transcripts, analytics inputs, operational information, and related platform data to: develop; improve; train; maintain; support; and enhance its internally developed artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning, forecasting, and operational intelligence systems.
Revalytics applies administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of customer information during model development and platform improvement activities, including: aggregation; anonymization; de-identification; minimization; and related privacy or security safeguards.
Revalytics does not sell Customer Data and does not share Customer Data with unrelated third-party commercial AI providers for independent model training purposes. Customers remain responsible for obtaining all legally required notices, permissions, and consents related to submitted information and recordings.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Revalytics may disclose information to:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
- communications providers;
- analytics and technology providers;
- payment and billing providers;
- security and fraud prevention providers;
- professional advisors and auditors;
- legal authorities where required by law;
- and authorized service providers supporting operation of the Services.

Revalytics does not sell personal information. Revalytics does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes as defined under applicable California privacy laws.
DATA RETENTION
Revalytics retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Services;
- fulfill contractual obligations;
- support operational functionality;
- maintain platform integrity and security;
- improve platform capabilities;
- support artificial intelligence development and analytics operations;
- comply with legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements;
- and support legitimate business purposes.
Examples of retention practices may include:
- account and billing records retained during the customer relationship and for applicable legal, tax, audit, and operational retention periods thereafter, which may typically extend up to seven (7) years following account closure;
- communications, call recordings, transcripts, analytics inputs, and operational information retained during the customer relationship and for up to twenty-four (24) months thereafter unless otherwise required by customer agreements, legal obligations, deletion requests, litigation preservation requirements, or security obligations;
- website analytics retained for operational, security, fraud prevention, and performance measurement purposes;
- and certain logs, backups, archives, and security records retained for limited operational, legal, disaster recovery, or security-related periods.
Retention periods may vary depending on: customer configurations; contractual requirements; legal obligations; security considerations; dispute resolution requirements; and operational needs. Certain information may remain in: logs; archives; backups; or security systems for limited periods consistent with operational, legal, and security requirements.
SECURITY
Revalytics implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Security measures may include: access controls; authentication systems; encryption technologies; monitoring systems; logging; infrastructure segmentation; and internal security procedures. No internet-based platform or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Additional information regarding security practices may be available through our Security & Trust Center.
COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Revalytics uses cookies and similar technologies to: support platform functionality; improve user experience; analyze website traffic and usage; maintain operational performance; support security functions; measure marketing effectiveness; and support analytics and operational reporting. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC)
Certain browsers and browser extensions may transmit Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals or similar browser-based privacy preference signals. Where applicable under California privacy law, Revalytics processes qualifying GPC signals as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with the browser or device transmitting the signal.
ADDITIONAL U.S. PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable laws, including rights to: access personal information; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain copies of information; opt out of certain targeted advertising or profiling activities; and appeal denied privacy requests.

NON-DISCRIMINATION
Revalytics will not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights under law. Unless permitted by law, Revalytics will not: deny goods or services; charge different prices; provide different levels of service; or impose penalties because an individual exercised applicable privacy rights.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. Revalytics does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If Revalytics undergoes a: merger; acquisition; financing transaction; restructuring; sale of assets; or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable legal protections.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Revalytics may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in: technology; operational practices; legal requirements; platform functionality; security practices; or business activities. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
