The Gap

Phone rings.
Nobody calls back.

Trade businesses are built to take the call. Most aren't built to call back what they missed. That's where revenue walks. In the gap between "phone rings" and "someone reaches the prospect."

The lead that voicemailed you at 8:42 AM is calling your competitor at 8:48. The customer your CSR turned away because the schedule looked full. The follow-up your team meant to make and didn't. Each one is recoverable inside a 20 minute window. Past that, they're gone.

    Three ways leads slip

  • Missed calls
Phone rings. Voicemail catches it. Callback never logged.
  • "Can't serve you today"
CSR took the call but turned the lead away. The schedule looked full. The lead was real.
  • "I'll call you back"
Promised callback. Never logged. Lead moves into the lost-revenue bucket at 20 minutes.

The Three Alerts

Three signals.
Nothing else.

If it's not one of these three, we don't send it. The product's job is to protect your attention. Not compete for it.
01 Recovery Window

When a lead
slips through.

Missed call. CSR turned the lead away. Callback promised but not logged. Alert fires within 5 minutes. You have 30 to call back before the lead is gone.

Recovery Window 9:14 AM
Reyes · $4,200 · 5 min
Plumbing emergency · voicemail at 9:09 · no callback logged · 25 min to recover
02 Lost Revenue

When the
window closes.

Past 20 minutes, the lead moves into the lost-revenue bucket. Tracked, counted, accounted for. Visibility into what slipped, so the team can fix the upstream pattern.

Lost Revenue 9:42 AM
Bucket · 4 leads · $11,800 today
2 missed calls · 1 declined ("can't serve today") · 1 callback promised, never made
03 Daily Scorecard

What happened
yesterday.

One message, first thing. Bookings, revenue, recoveries, leaks. Read in ten seconds. No tab to open. The one scheduled signal that replaces the morning dashboard check.

Daily Scorecard 8:03 AM
Yesterday: 12 booked · $18,400
2 recovery wins ($3,340) · 1 leak to close (Sanchez callback, $1,820)

Three signals. Not thirty. That's the product. Respect the operator's attention and the operator pays attention when it matters.

Anatomy of an Alert

Every alert, readable
in ten seconds.

Every alert contains four things. Nothing you have to hunt for. Nothing you have to log in to understand.

Recovery Window 9:14 AM · via dashboard
Reyes · $4,200 · 5 min
Plumbing emergency · voicemail at 9:09 AM · no callback logged. Recovery probability: high if you call back inside the next 25 minutes.

  1. 01
What kind of alert this is.

Color-coded so you can read priority at a glance. Red for the recovery window, amber for lost-revenue boundary, green for the daily scorecard.

  2. 02
    Exactly what's at stake.

Customer name, dollar value, minutes since the lead came in. The first thing the eye lands on, and often the only thing you need.

  3. 03
    Why we're sending this.

The specific lead, the trigger (missed call, declined, callback promised), recovery probability, minutes left in the window. Enough to decide without opening anything else.

  4. 04
What you can do in five seconds.

Call back, assign to a CSR, mark closed. Done. No app to open.

The Restraint Promise

The product's job is to protect your attention, not compete for it. If an alert fires and you don't act, we don't send another one about the same thing. One signal. One chance. Your call.

From the Field

"I don't log in. I get the text, I make the call, I move on. In the first 3 days we recovered 12 jobs we would have lost. None of my people would have caught them, because they weren't looking."

Questions

Asked &
answered.

Won't my team see this as looking over their shoulder?

We thought hard about this. Alerts go to you, not to the team. Unless you route them to a CSR or a dedicated callback owner. The alerts don't blame individuals or publish leaderboards. They surface a revenue situation. What you do with it is up to you.

How much noise should I actually expect?

For most trade businesses in the $2M–$20M range: three to eight alerts per day. Plus the daily scorecard. If you're getting more, we tune it. The defaults are deliberately conservative because a noisy product is a dead product.

What systems does it pull from?

ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Jobber, Service Fusion. The major FSMs. Plus native call tracking (built in) and ad platforms (Google, Google LSA, Meta, Yelp, Microsoft Ads, plus 10 more). One OAuth connection each. Most customers are live in under a week.

Can I turn it off or change thresholds?

Yes. Every alert type has a threshold you control. Dollar minimums, time windows, which channels. Pause for weekends, route to a manager when you're on vacation. Defaults are sane, but nothing is forced on you.

If I ever want the dashboard, what happens?

Upgrade to Revalytics Edge any time. Alert history carries over, all your thresholds stay active, nothing to reconfigure. You just gain the pane behind the alerts.

What does this look like for my shop?

Book a 20 minute demo first. We'll walk you through the platform on sample data from a real residential trade shop. If it's a fit, you sign up for a 14-day trial at the end of the call. We schedule onboarding to connect your FSM and ad platforms. Native call tracking is built in. The 14 days run on your real call volume and your real leads. No card required. Walk away anytime.
