The thinking

A platform is only
as good as the operator running it.

Most platforms ship and hope. Revalytics ships and trains. Every customer gets a certified champion before the platform earns its keep. The cert path is how that standard scales beyond the first shop.

01
A standard, not a restriction

Run on real time truth.

Certification is a commitment to operate on real data instead of gut feel. Read the scorecard. Trust the alerts. Make the call. The cert formalizes the discipline. The discipline drives the result.

02
Earned, not granted

Demonstrated proficiency.

Every credential requires passing an exam. Every renewal requires a fresh assessment. The Architect designation requires both a written exam and an applied assessment. The standard moves with the product. So does the cert.

03
Recognized across the network

A common language.

Operators, marketers, agencies, coaches. When everyone in the network reads from the same scoreboard with the same vocabulary, signal compounds. The cert makes the vocabulary verifiable.

Four levels

The path.
From foundation to elite.

Four credentials. Each builds on the prior. Most operators top out at Level 2 or 3. The Architect designation is reserved for coaches and advisors who run the system across multiple shops.

Find your path

Where you start
depends on what you do.

Pick the role that fits. The path follows.

01
OWNER · GM · CFO

You run
a trades business.

Your path: Analyst (L1) as your designated champion. Recovery Specialist (L2) for whoever runs frontline operations. Performance Specialist (L3) if you have an in-house marketer. Architect is optional and usually not the right fit unless you want to advise other shops.

02
CSR · DISPATCHER · OPS

You execute
recovery.

Your path: Analyst (L1) first as the foundation. Then Recovery Specialist (L2) for the operational depth. The two together signal you can read the dashboard and act on it. Most frontline operators stop here.

03
MARKETER · AGENCY

You control
the spend.

Your path: Analyst (L1) first. Recovery Specialist (L2) next (yes, even for marketers, because spend decisions depend on what's recoverable downstream). Performance Specialist (L3) as the marketing credential. Three certs to be the credible voice on the budget call.

04
COACH · ADVISOR

You build
the system.

Your path: All four. Analyst, then Recovery Specialist, then Performance Specialist, then apply for Architect. The full path is the credential. 8 active Revalytics customers under your engagement required at the top.

What's required

Always two.
Sometimes three. Never four.

Every Revalytics customer has at least two certified operators. The third depends on whether you run marketing in-house. The fourth (Architect) is for coaches and advisors, not customers running their own shop.

ALWAYS REQUIRED 2 certs

Every customer.

A
Analyst (Level 1)

One designated champion per company. Reads the dashboard, runs the daily scorecard.

R
Recovery Specialist (Level 2)

One designated recovery operator. Runs callback queues and estimate follow-ups.

CONDITIONALLY REQUIRED 1 cert

If in-house marketing.

P
Performance Specialist (Level 3)

Required for customers with an in-house marketing lead. Optional if marketing is run exclusively through an external agency. The agency typically holds the credential on the customer's behalf in that case.

If you run marketing through an agency: skip this. They handle it.

NOT REQUIRED Elite designation

Only for coaches and advisors.

Certified Architect (Elite)

Customers running their own shop don't pursue Architect. The designation is for coaches, senior advisors, and consultants who design and run the Revalytics system across multiple operations. GMs can pursue it, but only after holding all three prior certifications. Application + two-phase assessment. 8 active Revalytics customers required.

For most customers, the certification footprint is two people (Analyst + Recovery Specialist) or three (plus Performance if in-house marketing). Free for operators, included with the platform. Annual recertification keeps credentials current as Revalytics evolves.

From the field

What a certified
operator looks like.

"Revalytics helped us recover $121,000 in 90 days. Being able to see leads and estimates slipping through the cracks in real time, and pull them back before the window closed, changed how we run the business."

Questions

Common
questions.

Do I need to be a Revalytics customer to enroll? +

Yes, or you need to be approved through our partner program. Levels 1 through 3 are open to customers and to coaches, marketing agencies, and fractional CFOs in our partner network. Every customer commits to certification at signup, with a grace period to complete it. Architect, the top-tier designation, requires 8 active Revalytics customers under your coaching engagement.

I'm a customer. What does this mean for me? +

Every Revalytics customer designates an Analyst champion and a Recovery Specialist operator during onboarding. Same person can hold both, or two different people. If you run marketing in-house, your marketer also completes Performance Specialist. All free, included with the platform. The Revalytics onboarding team identifies who fits each role at your shop.

How long does the path take? +

Self-paced through Level 3. Most candidates complete Analyst in 6-10 hours, Recovery Specialist in 8-12, Performance Specialist in 10-14. The Architect designation takes 4-6 months from application to issuance because of the two-phase assessment. There's no cohort, no deadline. Take what's relevant when you're ready.

Why annual recertification? +

Because the standard moves with the product. As Revalytics ships new functionality and timing models evolve, certified operators complete a short update assessment to maintain active status. For customers, the annual update is included at no extra cost. The credential stays current as long as the relationship does.

What if my certified champion leaves the company? +

The credential travels with the person, not the company. If your champion leaves, you'll designate a new champion and they'll go through the curriculum during the transition. The Revalytics customer success team supports the handoff so the standard doesn't break in the gap.

What happens if someone fails the exam? +

Each certification has a passing grade. You get three attempts. If you don't pass on the third, the company is reviewed and we determine the right next step together. The certification exists to make sure every account operates at a standard of excellence.

How do I share my credential once earned? +

Three ways. Add the digital badge to your LinkedIn profile (one click integration). Link your verification page from any professional bio or email signature. Print or share the PDF certificate. The verification link works publicly. Anyone can confirm the credential is current and valid.
