Between sessions, you're blind
You meet with the client every two weeks, every month, every quarter, and the actual business runs in the windows you can't see. The aging quote you told them to chase. The channel burn you flagged. The CSR coaching you recommended. By the next session, all of it is anecdotes. Some happened. Some didn't. The client tells you what they remember. You coach against the version of reality the client constructed.
