Revalytics for coaches · Residential home services

Coaching without
accountability is just advice.

Every business coach in the trades knows the pattern. The client agrees on the call. They take notes. They commit to the action items. Then nothing changes, because between sessions there's no system holding them accountable to what they said they'd do. The next meeting becomes another version of the last one. The relationship stalls. The retainer doesn't renew.

Revalytics is the accountability layer between sessions. Live operational data on every client shop. The aging quote you told them to call gets tracked. The marketing burn you flagged gets measured. The execution discipline you demanded shows up in the numbers. Or doesn't. The next coaching call has evidence on the screen, not memory in the room.

The credibility problem

Four reasons
the advice doesn't stick.

Every coach who's worked with trade business owners has lived these four. The reasons are structural, not personal. Coaching is a fundamentally periodic engagement, and most of what you advise happens in the gap between sessions where you can't see anything. The one that's hurt your retention most is the one Revalytics is built to fix.

01

The gap

Between sessions, you're blind

You meet with the client every two weeks, every month, every quarter, and the actual business runs in the windows you can't see. The aging quote you told them to chase. The channel burn you flagged. The CSR coaching you recommended. By the next session, all of it is anecdotes. Some happened. Some didn't. The client tells you what they remember. You coach against the version of reality the client constructed.

The gap · weeks of dark

02

The gap

Action items become hopes

You set five action items at the end of every call. You document them. You email a recap. The client agrees. Then the urgent crowds out the important. The truck broke down. The technician quit. The season changed. Action items become hopes. The next call opens with a polite review of what didn't happen, and a new list that probably won't either. Coaching turns into wish-fulfillment.

The gap · execution drift

03

The gap

Your impact is unprovable

The client's revenue grew. Margin improved. They're booking more jobs. Was that the coaching? Was it the market? Was it the new tech? Without a measurement system tied to the specific actions you recommended, the answer is "probably" and the renewal conversation is "we'll see." Coaches who can attribute outcomes get renewed at higher rates and higher retainers. Coaches who can't, don't.

The gap · attribution void

04

The gap

Your scaling cap is the calendar

Coaching scales linearly with your hours. The bigger your practice gets, the less time you have per client to actually understand what's happening. Without a system that surfaces the things needing attention between calls, the only way to grow is to coach worse. Shorter sessions, less context, more relying on what the client tells you. The practice cap is the calendar, and the calendar doesn't get bigger.

The gap · linear scale

Real time accountability

Four signals.
Across every client.

The coaches who run real time accountability aren't more disciplined. They're better instrumented. Four signals across every client shop, surfacing between sessions exactly the things you'd otherwise have to take the client's word on. The session becomes evidence-based. The advice gets enforceable.

01

Execution signal

Action item · executed or not

You told the client to call back the three aging quotes. Revalytics tracks whether they did, when, and what closed. The next session opens with the data on the screen. Not "did you call them?" but "you called two, you missed one, here's what closed." The client cannot deflect what they did or didn't do. Action items become enforceable.

Tracked · per action

02

Drift signal

When the discipline slips

The metrics you set with the client - CSR pickup time, channel-level CPBJ, aging-quote thresholds - get monitored continuously. The day they slip, you know. You can intervene mid-week with an email or quick call instead of waiting two weeks for the next session. Coaching becomes responsive instead of periodic.

Live · per metric

03

Attribution signal

Outcomes traced to your advice

Recovered revenue, cut burn, prevented variance. Each tracked back to the coaching action that triggered it. The renewal conversation stops being "we think it helped" and starts being "the disciplined follow-up framework you set up recovered $42K this quarter." Coaches who can show this attribution renew at materially higher rates.

Continuous · attributable

04

Portfolio signal

Across every client at once

One view across every client shop you coach, sorted by which one needs you most this week. The client running on pace doesn't get extra time. The client whose discipline is slipping does. Practice scaling stops meaning "less time per client" and starts meaning "more clients with the same impact."

In your engagement

From discovery
to measurable outcome.

Revalytics fits inside the coaching engagement you already run. Making each phase sharper, faster, and more measurable. Not a new methodology the accountability layer underneath the methodology you already use.

Real time pulse

Always know
where every client stands.

One live portfolio scoreboard. Every client shop you coach, on the same screen, in real time. The widget in the corner of this page is a sample of what coaches running Revalytics see between sessions. Live revenue, hit rates, drift alerts. No more relying on what the client tells you in the Tuesday call.

The live portfolio scoreboard

One screen. Every client.
Every day.

That widget on the corner of this page is a sample of it. Yours would be live across your actual client roster. Always running. Always you.

01 · Cross-client portfolio view

Every client. One screen.

The portfolio scoreboard shows revenue performance across all your trade-shop clients in real time. Who's ahead, who's on pace, who's behind, before they tell you. The conversation with the behind-pace client starts informed, not curious.

02 · Drift alerts

Clients drift. You know first.

Revalytics surfaces signal the moment a client crosses a threshold. Marketing burn spike. Aging quotes piling up. Revenue trailing goal. You see it before the next coaching call, not three weeks after the damage compounded.

03 · Shared source of truth

No more dueling spreadsheets.

You and your client read from the same dashboard. Same numbers, same definitions, same moment. Coaching calls move from "let me explain what I think happened last month" to "here's the line item we're going to fix this week."

The practice shift

From periodic check-ins
to continuous accountability.

Most coaching is monthly. The data your client brings to the call is filtered, late, and often wrong. With Revalytics, the data is live, shared, and never stops running. The coaching engagement transforms from "advice and hope" to "guidance with evidence." Renewal conversations get easier because the value is on the dashboard, not in your slide deck.

Both ran successful practices on advice and rapport alone. Both decided that wasn't enough, and rebuilt their engagement model around accountability. Both saw renewal rates and per-client revenue change in the same quarter.

What coaches ask first

Hard questions.
Straight answers.

Does my client think I'm spying on them?
No. The coach's access is granted by the client and visible to the client. The framing matters: this is "my coach can see what we agreed they should see, in order to coach me on what we agreed to coach on." Clients who push back on this kind of transparency are usually telling you something about what they don't want you to see, or about whether the coaching engagement was ever set up to produce results. Most clients welcome it once it's framed correctly.
What if my client doesn't already use Revalytics?
You bring them on. The onboarding takes about a week per shop. The diagnostic is the entry point: in the first conversation, you show the client their actual leaks, then explain how Revalytics will track the discipline you're recommending. Clients who say no to that kind of visibility aren't usually sold on the coaching either. Most clients say yes because the diagnostic is doing real work in real time.
Does this require me to learn a new methodology?
No. Revalytics is the accountability infrastructure underneath whatever methodology you already coach. EOS, Profit First, ServiceTitan playbook, your own framework. The system tracks the action items you set, the metrics you care about, and the discipline you're trying to instill. The coaching is yours. The accountability is the platform.
How do I get my practice set up?
Book a demo. We'll walk through how the portfolio view works, what your read-only access on each client looks like, and how alerts route to you so you see drift before the next coaching call. Most coaches are running their first client portfolio inside two weeks. There's a separate Architect certification available for coaches who want to formalize their practice on the platform, but it's optional, not required to use Revalytics with your clients.
How does this affect my coaching fees?
Most coaches raise fees within the first year, because they have attribution they didn't have before, and the renewal conversation is now an ROI discussion. The pricing power is meaningful. Coaches charging $3,000 a month for advisory engagements often move to $5,000–$8,000 once they can show the client the direct revenue recovery from the framework. The platform is the multiplier on your existing brand.
I run a coaching firm with multiple coaches. Does this work for us?
Yes. At firm scale, the portfolio view consolidates across every coach's clients. Firm leadership gets real time insight into which coach is producing measurable client outcomes and which one isn't. Internal accountability transforms with the same data the coaches use externally with their clients. Firm-tier setup differs from solo. Book a demo and we'll walk through the structure.
